Katarina is a seasoned multi-industry entrepreneur with a decade of experience in different executive management roles. She started her career in the higher education industry and shuffled through different management roles before starting her own businesses. She is a quadrilingual entrepreneur with a keen interest in the recruitment and education industries.
Katarina is the founder and sole owner of KH Recruit, a company specializing in executive search services that operates with a strong sense of purpose. Katarina has been able to build relationships through her knowledge and hard work, and although starting off with recruiting high academic and managerial profiles, she is now recruiting for law firms, higher education and financial services industry.
She dedicates her time to undertaking projects that align seamlessly with her personal values, which revolve around sustainability, talent acquisition, capacity building, and innovation.
